So I have seen a lot. Places, trends, fads and just things I have picked up along the way. Things you may find of interest, be they familiar or foreign. I am especially interested in doing things to make aging more enjoyable - diet, supplements, habits and activities to keep things fresh and engaging. Some of my experience you may find helpful or maybe just amusing. My rants and raves may go here and there but, I promise, no politics.
